If the problems can't be resolved over the phone, and it is necessary for a technician to come out to your location, we can schedule you at a time that works best for you. You may cancel at anytime. There is no contract.

With this package, you will also receive the following benefits:

*Free pick-up and delivery locally (regular $10.00)
*30 minute minimum instead of 1 hour minimum for tech support on location.

So, overall you will be paying $20.00 per month for instant tech support for even your smallest computer problems, rather than $80.00 per hour for something that may only take 2 minutes to resolve. This does not include all of the additional benefits included with the package.
