*Free pick-up and delivery locally (regular $10.00)
*30 minute minimum instead of 1 hour minimum for tech support on location

So, overall you will be paying $40.00 per month for instant tech support for even your smallest computer problems, rather than $100.00 per hour for something that may only take 2 minutes to resolve. This does not include all of the additional benefits included with the package.
